Last updated October 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of thecorporateexodus.com and any event, program, or service offered by Brinson Designs Inc., doing business as The Corporate Exodus ("we," "us," "our"). By registering for an event or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number on our registration form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Brinson Designs Inc., doing business as The Corporate Exodus, relating to the event you registered for.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Events and registration

Free events are offered at no cost and require registration. Paid events require payment in advance. Registering does not guarantee a result, outcome, or income of any kind.

Our live sessions are live only. Unless we state otherwise in writing, there is no replay or recording made available to attendees.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are stated in US dollars. Paid event fees compensate us for the work performed and the access provided, not for any particular outcome.

If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 7 days and we will look at it in good faith.

Community membership

Some purchases include a trial period inside our paid community. A trial requires a payment method on file. If you remain a member past the trial period, billing begins at that point. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

No guarantee of results

We teach strategy, positioning, and planning. We do not promise any specific income, revenue, client, or business outcome. Results depend on your effort, your market, your offer, timing, and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

Intellectual property

All materials we provide, including frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and written content, belong to Brinson Designs Inc. You may use them for your own business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them.

Acceptable use

We may remove anyone from an event or community for violating these terms, without refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our events or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the item giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with venue in Cobb County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
